Design and Prototyping Tools

Figma

Figma is my daily driver. I use it at every stage of my design process, from rough wireframes to polished prototypes. I collaborate a lot in Figma with other designers and stakeholders, and FigJam is great for quick team alignments or workshops.

Photoshop

Good old Photoshop is still essential for me, mostly for editing and retouching images. Over the years, I’ve used it for everything, banners, social media, print, and photo work. It’s powerful and I think every designer should master it.

Framer

Framer has become one of my favorite tools since I started using it in 2022. I use it a lot for designing and prototyping websites and landing pages. It’s super flexible and lets me turn ideas into interactive projects really fast.

Midjourney

Started using Midjourney in 2023, and it’s been amazing for generating ideas, exploring different styles, and refining images. I also use it to quickly test visual directions for new projects.

Illustrator

I don’t use Illustrator as much anymore, but whenever I need to work with vector graphics, touch up logos, or prep assets for print, it’s still the tool I trust.

Development and Implementation Tools

HTML5 - CSS

I have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS from my time studying front-end. This helps me communicate better with devs, know the limits of what’s possible, and create solutions that actually work in production.

v0.dev

v0.dev has been a great tool for quickly building MVPs and testing new features. It helps me validate ideas and streamline the early stages of projects, making the whole process faster.

Relume AI

Whenever I’m building or updating design systems, Relume makes things a lot easier. It speeds up the creation of reusable components and keeps projects organized.

Collaboration and Productivity Tools

Notion

Notion is my go-to for organizing everything: projects, notes, study plans, and daily tasks. It keeps my workflow and life much more structured.

Other Tools

ChatGPT

ChatGPT has become an essential tool for me. I use it to brainstorm ideas, help with ideation, and even work on strategic content or simple coding tasks. It speeds up my work and helps me think outside the box.

Goodnotes

Even working in tech, I’ve always liked writing things down to organize my ideas. Goodnotes is the perfect mix of my love for pen and paper with the convenience of having all my notes on almost any device. It’s essential in my daily routine.

Davinci Resolve

I use DaVinci Resolve mostly for editing short videos and when I need a bit more production quality. It’s more of a supporting tool in my workflow than something I use every day, but I like how it combines features from both Premiere and After Effects in one software.
